Projectors win for screen size — you can easily get 120"+ in a dedicated room, which is hard to match with a TV. TVs shine in bright rooms and for casual viewing. For a true theater experience in a controlled light space, projectors are the way to go. We spec Sony, Epson, and other top brands. 5.1 still sounds great, but Dolby Atmos adds overhead channels so you hear rain, helicopters, and ambient sound from above — it's a noticeable step up for blockbusters and gaming. For a dedicated theater, we usually recommend it. For a media room or tighter budget, 5.1 (or even a solid 3.1) can be plenty. We can include game consoles in the setup and make sure your network can handle online gaming if that's part of the picture. Same room, multiple uses.
